Eating pasta all alone

Keep your eyes on this spot for an upcoming movie about making fresh pasta and fresh tomato sauce, and eating all alone. Weep weep weep.

In the meantime, here are the basic ingredients:

Pasta dough: 2 cups flour, three eggs, one fluid ounce water, pinch salt

Sauce: one pint of little tomatoes (I had multiple varieties) quartered, some chopped onion and minced garlic, some olive oil, and some salt and pepper to taste

Finish: shaved Parmesan and fresh basil, chiffonade

That's all. A very simple and very delightful summer meal for one.
