cheese toasty

This could be the most perfect sandwich of the summer. And yet, it is not a sandwich at all! It's a cheese toasty! Why do I call this a cheese toasty and not an open faced sandwich? Because today we are going to talk about Hitchcock. That is, Hitchcock would call this a cheese toasty, i.e. because he's British and rotund, and so cheese toasty it is.
