According to some schmoe, there are two kinds of cooking, the cooking you do for yourself, and the cooking you do to impress other people. This same schmoe asked me which I prefer. Actually, in the interests of full disclosure, I didn't have this for lunch. But I did go out and get some cabbage this afternoon, and I'm gonna do it for dinner, baby! And I'll listen to Purple Rain while I cook it, because I'm pretty sure that's the secret ingredient.
