Fried Rice (the movie)

If you're planning on making a stir fry on Wednesday night, for example, plan on making too much steamed rice.  Back in the day, an all-around helper at China Cafe Express, the chinese restaurant, housed in an X-Taco Bell, where I toiled for many a year under the amazing Simon "Shoe," one day I was allowed to make the fried rice in the enormous wok.  This instructional video shows you what I learned on that day, probably ten years ago, but in this case on a mini scale.  Enjoy...oh, and enjoy the song demo I wrote and recorded back in my China Cafe days...
