You say tortelloni

I say an anonymousse someone who claims to be my mother suggested that perhaps some tortelloni should follow the ravioli. If this is a pasta course, then let it be so.

Now, while my dough warms up, here's a link to the first shapes page I found. As for tortelloni, if you aren't familiar with tortelloni, they're just big tortellini.

Lastly, there is little difference between tortellini and cappelletti. One comes from a square sheet (tortellini), the other comes from a round sheet (cappelletti). You'll see. I may end up making cappelloni. Big hats.
