These pie pumpkins are the most robust in the garden. They are also rooted under the path stones. When they become enormous, well, I'll deal with their enormity when it happens.
Those are four Brussels sprouts and some parsley in the middle. Today I transplanted the parsley. Rookies transplant a lot. Veterans space their plants according to their mature sizes. I am not a rookie or a veteran. I am an early-mid career gardener.
Keep an eye on this shot. Thanks to two hundred pounds of organic compost, the entire frame will be one green mass in about a month.
And these radishes will be gone, but French fillet beans, or haricot verts, will take their place.
