homemade noodle

So I just dropped off my grades and made about 250 copies before closing the W.P. office door and driving home along a ridiculous, northerly route in order to avoid the mammoth, Coolidge bridge traffic generated by the 15-ought thousand, UMass-related cars all simultaneously booking it for whatever towns they call home. Whoa. The traffic was blocked up and at a standstill from the bridge to the P66 station at West street. Forget that. It was well worth it to head up 116 north, cross the river in S. Deerfield, and cruise down into Noho on Rt. 5. Booya! All of this, of course, has nothing whatsoever to do with noodles, and so...

Homemade noodle. Home-noodle made. Made home noodle. Made noodle home. Noodle home made. Noodle made home. Gotcha? Pics!

this is how noodles are made

and this is what noodles can turn into

Today, though, I actually made them quite a bit finer than the noodles above. And also, no shrimp. Instead, some nice marinara sauce, except, really the marinara part, i.e. the marine animal component, was totally missing, so it was just a nice, spicy red sauce. Would have shown it, but camera battery died.
