Egg Tacos

Bumped into J.C. yesterday.  He made some tacos recently.  We discussed tacos and pulled weeds at fl'object.  Fl'object's propietor brought out three cans of beer.  We consumed the beer and pulled more weeds.  It was a pretty uneventful weed pulling session.  Not much to talk about, not even that much to look at, these are some egg tacos.  That day, I had little else that one could call food.

Admittedly, soft tortillas are probably better for egg tacos, but these sprouted-corn corn tortillas are just too healthy and too much like rabbit food to be eaten merely steamed.  On the other hand, they fry up great.  And rather than beat the eggs and then scramble them in the pan, I fried a couple eggs, over easy, and broke them up in a little bowl so that their yolks would spread around their whites like a sauce.  Then I plopped on some cheese.  Whoop-di-doo.  Stay tuned for a potentially more exciting post in the not-too-distant future.
