The KIMCHI WORKSHOP I am teaching at FLYING OBJECT is about to happen.  To prepare for it, I spent the afternoon—well, a chunk of it anyway; and what a delicious smelling chunk it was—preparing this batch of kimchi for the workshop itself.  If you live in the PIONEER VALLEY and you want to sign up, CLICK THIS.  You can enroll in the course through the website, or you can simply show up at the appointed time and, of course, the modest fee of $20.  The appointed time is Saturday, July 14th, 2 PM.  Be there or be without kimchi.
